Service gave a talk on How Shall We Improve Our Egg Market? After a solo by J. Kel- logg Hall there was a talk om Pouditry Plants in New Jersey by S. L. Kanahan of Lisbon. Mr. Kanahan salq the poultry houses in New Jersey are particularly well built, the investments in_poultry houses frequently running as high as $20,000 and $25,000. White Laghorns are used most exclusively. The dayhght saving system 15 used morning and night, electric lights being used for this pur- pose. A song by the grange was followed by a talk on Poultry by Prof. H. C. Coveil of Storrs college.
