Section 10 of the ordinances of the City of Novwich relating to street | tr regulatione, passed at a meeting of the Court of Common Council held on the 3d day of November, 1919, is hereby amended to read as follows: Except while loading or unloading, or taking on or setting down passengers, no vehicle shall be permitied to remain sta- ¢ lonary for a longer period than five min- utes on the westerly side of Broadway from Union square to Main street; or on the northerly side of Main street from Aroadway and Shetucket street to Wash- ington sguare for a longer period than fifteen munutes; and no parking shall be allowed on the easterly side of Broadway I fre Union square to Main street for a longer period than forty-five minutes; or i on the southerly side Main street from Shetucket street to Washington square for a longer period than fifteen minutes.
