Hinman heard the case of Mike Taylor vs. Bdward Demers, both of Goodyear. The plaintiff charged Demers with be- ing fesponsible for a collision, in September last, between an automo- bile owned and driven by Taylor and a motorcycle with sidecar, driven by Demers, and claimed damages for the injury of his car.
