Alien Property Custodian Francis P. Garvan intends to sell the alien-owned stock of the Rossie Velvet eompany of Mystic and Willimantic at an early date. This fact was admitted this week by John Rossie, assistant super- intendent of the plant, who was in { his brother, Supt. Ernst Rossie. Mr, Rossie said that the propesed action would have no effect on the operation of the company, as the business of concerns whosée foreign-owned stock s sold for this reason is continued wherever possible. The, Rossie concern was founded by €.
