The carpenters started “‘work ‘on Monday and will complete it in a short time. BUILDING AND BUSINESS. Tmprovement in Clearings — New Building Projects. ‘With the return of the laborers and hod carriers to work, building opera- tions in the city have been begun and several projects are mearly completed. The contractors report that while they have no large contracts, there is a large amount of remodeling and repair work going on, which includes outside and interior work. There are several garages being erected in the city. Bungalow for Dr. Campbell. . Plans have been drawn up for a bungalow for Dr. Hugh Campbell of the state tuberculosis sanatorium. The bungalow will be erected between the east ward of the sanatorium and the street and will be in keeping with the othér buildings of the institution. The house has been staked out and the batterboards are up. Richards Grove Waiting Room. The contract for the construction of a waiting rooms at Richards grove for the Shore Line electric company has been awarded to Péck, McWilliams Co.
