A man who gave his name as D. Kelli- ‘her was sent to the State Far for stealing brass fixtures and selling them. P. O’Brien of Philadelphia and C. Wilson of Fitchburg were fined $1 and costs for being drunk and went ey nor griping, indigestion, -sick head- stomach, breath or other conditions caused by clogaed bowels. 0Osgood Co. Bdward Allen of Woonsocket was fined $5 for being drunk and went to jail. There were seven men charged with fighting but with the exception of G. Quintili- nin and Laury Tramculozzi whe were fined $2 and costs they were discharg- ed. The fines and costs were paid.
