Potter of Atlornny Fred Oiney in outlining the case for the plaintiff, stated that he intended to show that in the year 1913 the perties, who are mother and son, lived In New York, but came to North Kingstown and purchased a | fatm known as the Danlel Gardiner farm at Siiver Spring, the son John and a brother Willlam forming a Co- partnership, and that the deed was o i Thee pame;. that by mu- tual agreement they promsed to pay < back the money with which the farm was purchased which had been ad- vanced by the mother, who had drawn ail her funds from a New York bank, canceled her insurance policies and sold her jewelry, which included two diamond rings, in order to pay it, that everything went well until March 14, 1914, when disagreement occurred and ihe partnership was dissolved.
