A very pleasant trip was made by a mumber of Norwich Town people on Tuesday afternoon down the Thames river to Ocean Beach. The trip was made in Dudley Lathrop’s motor boat Ione. It was very interesting to see the submarines, torpedo destroyers and monitors at the Navy Yard and a fine view was obtainable of the Gallaudet hydro-aeroplane in the water near Xew London. Scouts Going to Camp. Monday evening the local tsoop of Boy Scouts assembled in the chapel for the weekly meeting. The main business of "the evening was talking over plans for the apnual trip to camp at Lord's Point. Scoutmaster George H. Ewing and 11 scouts will be in the party. Methodist Church Repairs.
