Crandall of New London was in the village Monday surveying about the Beach property on the inner bank formerly owned by Mr. Gidley. Mr. Beach has done considerable work about the grounds since purchasing the place and he now owns one of the pretty places on the banks. A large addition has been built to the south side of the house, which is about hlfll the size of the main part.
