LIBRARY ASSCCIATION MET AT NORFOLK In Perfectly Equipped Building Given by Miss Eldredge. The Connecticut Library association held its autumnal meéting at Norfolk on Thursday, Oct. 7. The New England Central road winds up higher and higher until it reaches this little gem of a town 1,400 feet above the level, | with its 1,600 inhabitants.
