Simonds and J. A. Girouard Friday morning and was as a result of the examination committed to tne State Hospital for the Insane at Nor- wich, where he had twice previously been an inmate. William Moore Arrested with Stolen Wheel. Chief E, H. Richmond of the local volice force has received word of the apprehension of a young man of 18, ‘William Moore, in the city of New Ha- ven, who was arrested when trying to dispose of a bicycle, which he later admitted was stolen in this city. The machine is sajd to be black nearly new and of the kind known as “Yel- low Fellow.” The police have had no complaints of the theft of a wheel of that description.
