HANOVER Interesting and Profitable Conference —Young Crusaders at Norwich Rally, The conference of the six churches was held here Wednesday, May 12, as told in The Bulletin, proved of unusual interest. Mr. and Mrs. William Woodward of New -Haven have come to their sum- mer home. Lecture on Birds. Franklin Grange held its meeting in the Town hall, Friday evening. The illustrated lecture on birds given by Rev. ‘B. P. Capshaw was very inter- esting. It was an open meeting Boz- rah and Lebanon granges were invited. In spite of the rain therc were sixty present. After the lecture which was given at the church, sandwiches, cake and coffeo were served at the Town hall. Games were played and a social time was enjoyed by all. A vote of thanks was extended Rev.
