The Circulation of The Builetin The Bulletin has the largest eiroulation of any paper in East- ern Connecticut and from three to four times larger than that of any in Norwich. It is delivered to over 3,000 of the 4,053 houses in Nerwich, and read by ninsty- three per cent. of the people.
