The master in his report finds that Mr. Gilbert was the owner of 1,208 shares of common stock of the par value of $129,000, on which nothing had been paid, and the special master finds that Mr. Gilbert is without financial resources and unable to re- spond to any demand that might be made of him for the payment of the stock, and so, under the mastd¥s re- port, there is no expectation of realiz- ing anything from Mr. Gilbert.
