Telephone = Norwich, Tuesday, Dec. 2. 1913 The Bulletin The Bulletin has the largest circulation of any paper in East- ern Connecticut and from three to four times larger than that of any in Norwich. It is delivered ver 3,000 of the 4,053 houses in Norwich, a: 1 read by ninety- three per cent. of tae people. In Windhem it is delivered to ovar 800 houses, in Putnam and Danielson to over 1,100 and in all of these places it is consid- ered the lacal daily. Eastern Connectiout has forty- evenssencassiossnntes nine towns, one hundred and sixty-five postoffice districts, and sixty rural free delivery rectes.
