Another act, perhaps not so well known, but who are sure to prove a big success, is Martyne and Hardy, a team of clever character change artists, the special feature of the act being Mr. Hartyne's change from black face to white in & few seconds, one of the quickest ever made on any stage. The photoplays include a two reel feature produced by the Kay-Bee, entitled The Fallure of Success, a great moral drama teaching that wealth gained at the price of happiness and honor brings no bappiness. The Mutual Weekly will also be on this bill with ite store of interesting events taken in every part of the universe. The House of Pretence is a drama. by the Reliance company, and has”a lesson to convey to everybody. The comedy this time is a Majestic entitled The Tongue Mark, and shows the celebrated Fred Mace in ne of the funniest characters. Hop ght at Lincoln Park. Tonight is hop night at the Lincoln Park Casino, and if the weather is not too unfavorable it is more than likely there will be a large number down there, for these hop nights are popu- lar. Admission to the park is 25 cents for gentlemen and 10 cents for ladies, and the dancing is free. Cars leave the square at 7.45, 8.15 and 8.45, and ret leave the park at 10.10, 10.50 and 11.10. There is already a good bit of interest in the open nights for pri- vate parties. Several partial dates have been made with the management, and it appears now as though the larg- er number of these nights would be taken a little later in the season. The open nights are Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. BALTIC Ungrateful Boys Fail to Appreciate the Privilege. of Camp—Pull Down Sheives to Start a Fire. The owners of Camp Joe on the Shetucket river are greatly incensed over the mistreatment of the interior of their log cavin by boys to whom they gave permission to use the camp. The owners were only too willlng that the boys should have the privilege of using the eabin while they were bath- ing up the river, but the boys did not appreciate the generosity of the own- ers, for they tore down shelves inside the cabin to start a fire in the stove, being too lazy to go after the bark ang small pieces wood which are within easy access of the cabin. The interior was badly damaged and the owners after this will make sure of the respounsibility of persons using the cabin, and they will also take immediate steps to punish the vandals, Personai Mention, Henry J.
