One of the best shows seen in this city for somce time is the one at this cesy playhouse the first half of this week. The act is full of life and good singing and the laughter fills the house from their funny jokes and sayings. Eddie Howard, the Crazy Tumbling Clown, does some clever tumbles and keeps up the laughter all the time he occu- ples the stage. The weekly this week 1is more than full measure of late hap- penings, and as usual shows the won- derful drawings of Mutt and Jeff at sea. The big dramatic sensation, Victor Hugo’s literary masterpiece, Notre Dame de Paris, is the leader for to- day, and is produced in three reels, and beautifully hand colored. ' This play represents many years of work by its author, Mr. Grabam Moffat, but it was always a ‘work of pleasure because he loved the <characters, every one of them. Bunty was originally a slender sketch, but it finally occurred to Mr. Moffat to write it up to a three act comedy, which he 4did, the result of which has been that Bunty has been the success of both New York and London for the last year. The company to be seen hers includes Miss Molly Pearson, Edmund Miss Vera Pole, Bthelbert Hales, Sanderson Moffat, Miss Amy Singleton, Miss Margaret Nybloc, J.
