Matne and wife of North Stonington aguinst thelr son, Leonard R. Mae, of the same town, and an attachment in the sum of $3,000 recorded against real estate of the defendent in North Stonington. There are two counts in the complaint, the first stating that the plaintift loaned the defendant $2,000 on or before October 1, 1913, and the sec- ond, that of $2,500, was loaned on or before October 11, 1918. with interest, remain unpaid, claimed. | Thomas V.
