Holy Name Society Plans Field Day. The Holy Name society held its monthly meeting Sunday. Three new members were received into the soci- ety, making a total now of 52 mem- bers. When the society was organized last November there were only about 20 meémbers, but now.the membership has passed the half hundred mark. Plans are being made for an after- noon and night of sports to be given by the society at an early date. A committee of seven has been appointed to act and report at a special meet< ing tomorrow (Sunday). LEBANON Family Reunion—Local Ball Team De- feats Visitors. King administered the sacrament of the Lord’s supper last Sunday morning at the Congregational church, Miss Mary Work’s Death. Miss Mary Work, who died at her niece’s home in Griswold, was 83 years old. She was the daughter of the late Levi Work and the last surviving one of the family except the niece, Mrs. Frank Kinney, where she had lived for | a number of years.
