He has-secured an avia- tor's license from the Fresch Aero club of France, the requirements necessary te gain which were similar to those in this country. He now possesses one on both sides of the Atlantic. He made kis headquarters at Mourmelon, France, end his trip was for the purpose of gaining information about the French machines which could not be secured here.
