Frink received word on Friday of last week of the death of her oldest brother, William A. Bald- win of Baltimore, Md., September The tuneral was held at his home, No. 02 North Collington avenue, on Thursday afternoon at 3.30. William Avery Baldwin was born in Griswold, Conn., seventy-iwo years ago, the oldest of fifteen children born to William H, and Sally Douglas Bald- win. He is the eleventh to be called home and is survived by two brothers and two sisters After Mr. Baldwin left his home state he made his home in Chicago for some ears, hut losing his business and nis home with all it contained in the great Chicago fire he came to Ekonk, and lived there for a few year nn. Thirty-one vears ago he went to Bal- timere, Md., and for a number of years conducted a successful cork business trom which he retired some time ago. Coming from revolutionary stock, when the call for volunteers came in *61, he enlisted and served his coun- try in the civii war. He was a kind and loving husband, and an affectionate father, and found nis greatest pleasure and joy in his family and his home.
