Fidelia Blanchard, 97, of Lebanon, Failed Rapidly Since Sunday. 1t is believed that the excessive heat of the past tew days was the direct cause of another death early Thursday morning. Miss Fidelia Blanchard. aged 97. a native, of Brooklyn, died Thursday morning at 12.15 o'clock at the home of her niece, Miss Harriet Blanchard, in Lebanon.
