They will receive compensation, as provided by atute, for the time that they have spent in_custody. John Pope, alias Hénry Pope, and Mrs. Adeline Boothman, wife of John Boothman, both of Danielson, charged with adulfery, pleaded guilly and were sentenced to serve two months each in the county jail. Patrick Moore and his wife, Margaret Moore, both of Killingly, up for intoxi- cation' and breach of the peace, are again separated for a tima, Patrick re- ceiving a sentence of thirty days while the case against Mrs. Moore was nolled. Edward Gavigan of Willimantic aded guilty to intoxication and was fined $5 and costs. The breach of peace count against him was nolled. Other criminal matters remained to be disposed of when court again opens this (Wednesday) morning. Rawley-Palmer Wedding. At the home of the bride's mother, Mrs Palmer, on Main street, at 4 o’clac Tuoesday afternoon, there was a quiet but pretty wedding, Miss Charlo Agnes Palmer being united in marriage with George Albert Raw- ley, son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Raw- ley, of Putnam. The ceremony was performad in the parlor, which was at- tractively decorated with paims and lilies. Rev. Francis J. Marsh of Upton, Mass was the officiating clergyman, d ingle ring ceremony was used. Mendelssohn's wedding march was played by Miss Elizabeth Rawley of Putnam, a sister of the groom. The attending couple was Miss Lena Rawley of Putnam, a sister of Mr. Rawley, and Harry &, Palmer of Hart. ford, brother of the bride.
