Another deer has been unlawfully shot by violators of the deer law in the town of Franklin and the matter has been brought to Game ‘Warden Asa M. Miller of this place. The game warden visited the place where the ‘deer is supposed to have been shot and found where there had been a pool of blood and also much deer hair, although there wae no deer around. It is said that the deer was in the opinion of the officer was ship- ped out of town. Warden Miller has questioned a number of people of that locality concerning the crime but could get no information. Yet he has not given up hope of getting the guilty party or parties. PRESTON Rev.
