Eugene B. Pendle- ton, Albert N. Crandall and John J. Cagney were appointed the commission and will report at a future meeting of the courfeil. In connection with the improvements being made in the village of Watch Hill it will be necessary for the Pawcatuck Valley Street Railway company to re- move its tracks from the east side to the middle of Bay street.
