Hibbard, a former pas- tor of the Congregational church, ‘which occurred in Hartford. Mr. Hi bard had been in failing health for some time. He was much interested in historical and genmealogical re- search, and while here prepared a genealogy of the Hibbard family. WESTMINSTER.
