Karsen, who keeps a liquor store conuected with & grocery establishment at No. 166 Delancey-st., was brou, nto Court on the charge of having his place open for sale of liquors on Sunday morning last, at the hour @20 in the forenoon. The officer who made the testified that the liquors in the bar were ex] were persons in the store at the time the policeruan en- tered, but he saw no one drinking. On being closely eross examined the officer would not positively swear that i§ was after 9 o'clock in the morning.
