CHICAGO, Tuesdny, Aug. 25, 1865, A special from Aurora, dated last night, says: One of the qargest and most enthusigstic loyal meotings yet beid in this State in the present eampaign cacie off here to- day. The errangements for the meetinz which ably conducted by Dr. Young, the Rev. Dr. Forrester and some other Tfinlh‘mnn, were fully seconded by the people, nd the result was such & turn out as is seidom witnessed at any political demonstration outside a great city. Over 10,000 citizens wero assembled in the City Park where the meeting was to be beld long before the hour for the commencement of the exerciscs of the day. Gen. Logan was escorted to the meeting by 8 battalion of old soldiers made up from the veterans of the 7th, Lith, 36th, | 52d, 89th, 124th, 196th, 88th and 141st Roguuents of Vol- | untoers and Battery.
