Captain Carson, of the schooner Addic Todd, reports the following particulars in reference to the wreck of ‘the brig Roasoke:—At six o'clock ou the morning of | the 27th of March, in latitude 38 deg. 20 min., longuude 70 deg, 30 min., I discovered the wreck, and on passing clore to her saw two men calling for assistance.
