10 RAPID TRANSIT. THE CONSTRUCTION OF THB GILBERT RLEVATED RAILWAY TO BE BEGUN IMMEDIATELY—A FIVE .MIL% SECTION TO BE IN USE NEXT SUMMER. Acontract has been signed by Mr. George M.
