These costs may be allowed aud a reasonable counsel To that extent the report be confirmed, ‘This seems to me to ecially justin view of the Tact that the caase seems Lo bave been tried and argued at the General Term by Mr. Niles as coun- #ei, and thus Mr. Ferguson has simply performed the duty Of attorney in the case. Carnand ys. Coxe.—Let an attachment issue, returnable on the 14th tust. and bailable In $600. Beyer vs. Haas.—Neither order is correct.
