By cable despatch, dated Prague, yesterday, we learn that Ferdinand L of Austria died yesterday of tung disease, atthe age of eighty-two years, Ho was the eldest son of Emperor Francis L by his second marriage with Marta Theresa, daughter -of Ferdinand IV., King 0! Naplesand of Sictly, His education was intrusted to two incapable tutors, one of whom was constantly afflicted with sick- ness and the other became demented during the exercise of his functions, The health of the Prince waa always fecble, Im 1815 ke was com- pelied to travel in Italy, Switzeriand and France in order to improve bis condition.
