OBITUARY. PARDON W. STEVENS, EX-LIEUTENANT GOVERNOR OF RHODE ISLAND. Pardon W. Stevens, ex-Lieutenant Governor of the State of Rhode Island, wno had been tl tora long time, died at his residence, at Newport, R. L, yesterday evening, 19th inst., at balf-past seven o'clock.
