The facts convected with the case appear to be these:—On Saturday last Izzy Lazarus, Jr, gon of a person who 1s well known as Jzzy Lazarus, ‘Was arrested by one of the oficers of tne Secret Service Department while having in Bas possession $10 worth of filty cent fractional currency. Alter | his arrest he Was taken to the oftice of the Secret Service, and there stated that he received the bogus stuf trom e Frank Muivey. On Monday Mulvey was taken tnto custody, having in his ‘pistol’? pocket $20 Worth of the same stuff. To use the language of the detectives, Muivey yuealed”? upon, or “gave away” Moorehead, and Moorehead Was accoraingly arrested.
