The affair came before Juage Blatch- ford on @ motion for atcachment to take the corpus of Mr. Gould into custody and deposit the same— not in the Tombs, but im Ludlow {treet Jail, until he shall have complied with the order of the Master appoiuted by the Court, Mr. Kenneth G. White, to produce for examination the pooks of the company. Mr. Beach, counsel for the company, opposed the motion, Messrs.
