Mallory vs. The Travellers’ Insurance Company, of Har(ford, Conn.—The plaintiff brought an action against the company yesterday for $2,000, the amount of an Insurance policy issued by the company to her brother, William 8. Mallory, on the Ist of January, 1867. The policy was @ life and acci- dent one, which provided under certain restrictions that for the payment of ten dollars the com would pay the peices $2,000 if he should, withia the term of the receive injuries which, in three ae from a eir occurrence, should cause death.
