The business at the Spocial Sessions Court yestorday morning consisted of the trial of only three cases—one wherein a woman was arraigned for keeping a dia orderly house, and the other two being v.olations of tho calendar had about a dozen cases of ny and assault and battery, but the defendants were nearly all dismissed for wantof sufficient evidence to warrant conviction, Mrs, Louisa Turner, a female of well rounded pro- -looking physiognomy, was arraigned om a charge of keeping a disorderly house or place of assignation at No, 3 East Eleventh street, On a former occasion this woman had been convicted in this court, and it now appeared as if 9 merited punish- ment was about to be meted out to the proprictress.
