MEETING OF THE RESIDENTS OF THE TWENTIETH WARD. The second meeting of the inhabitants of the Twentieth ward took place last night, at the hall corner of Thirty- third street and Eighth avenue, to adopt some practical measures to relieve the ward from the draft. Somewhat unexpectedly the wheel was again pat in motion in this district yesterday, when the Ninetcenth ward—the only one remaining undrafted—was drawn ‘The ballots were counted by the Hon. W. A. Darling and Alderman Farley, and were declared perfectly correct— Mr. Darling paying a high tribute to the obliging Provost Marshal, Captain Dunning. Six thousand five hundred and thirteen names were put into the wheel. The quota of the ward was six bundred and thirty-five; er, with the extra one hundred per ce sand two hundred and seventy—being about one in five.
