The investigation into the case of the recent alleged murder and mutiny on the high seas was commenced on Batarday before Uvited States Commissioner Welsh, and us been adjourned for further examination. At this Stage of the proceedings it would mot be proper to give the evidence adduced before the Commissioner. The following statement of the captain (Gray), however, may be given:— Tue bark Annie M.
