Schultz, a German, to Bos- tou for the purpose of enlisting him’ in a Mazsachusotts regiment. Schultz, however, owing to physical ability, was rejected by the surgeon, und on his return this city preferred a complaint against Cattica before Justice Shandley. Schultz likewise charges Cattica with Stealing clothing valued at $156, which was left in his care on leaving for Boston.
