The Twenticth United States Yolored Troops—Their Departure for the Seat of War-An Enthust Ovation— Presentation of Colors by the Ladtes@f New York—-Speech of President King, of Columbia College, dée., dc. There wasan onthusiastic time yesterday among tho colored population of the city, on the occasion of the depar- ture of the Tweatioth regiment United States colored troops. The enthusiasm, however, was not confined to this class, but it also extended in @ large measure te the white lonts. As this way the first colored regiment raised fm this vicinity which paraded our streois on ita Goparture for the seat of war there were immense crowds aseembled (0 look at the soldiers, ‘Tho Loyal Leaguo Club had charge of the preparations for the reception of the troops, and they were perfect in every particular, At Union square, where the regiment was presented with a stand of colors, two platforms were erected, one opposite the Loyal League Club House, and the other opposite the Everett House.
