Immosiately behind this room a part is petitioned off, which the doctor yery properly denominated the “pen.” ‘This pon is fifteen feet wide, twonty feet long, eight feet high to the peak and eight feet to the eaves, boarded up on three sides tivhuy, the fourth, which faces in the Darrachs directly opposite an immense stove, which is beated to a red heat, ie separated by elats tour inches wide and placed three inches apart.
