Captain John Downey has withdrawa as a candidate for Police Justice in the above district, in favor of William Dodge, the regular Tammany and Mozart nomince. Mase Meeting Tarn Street—A Strik. The Turners assembled last night, at a hal in 174 For- syth street, for the purpose of preparing for a'strike.
