MILITARY MOVEMENTS. DEPARTURE OF THE TWELFTH REGIMENT NEW YORK VOLUNTEERS. Five full companies of recruits for the Twelfth regi- ment New York State Volunteers took their departure ‘Wedgenday afternoon for the seat of war.
