Mr. Lehmaa, the democratic candidate, testified that be bad examined ‘he resurns of the judges of several precivots in the Fourth ‘ward, which gave bim a majority of 656. It was also ‘Restified that this was the majority counted out for Mr. Lehman at a meeting of the judges of the Fourth wari; while the returns presented by air.
