Mr. Lehmaa, the democratic candidate, testified that be bad examined ‘he resurns of the judges of several precivots in the Fourth ‘ward, which gave bim a majority of 656. It was also ‘Restified that this was the majority counted out for Mr. Lehman at a meeting of the judges of the Fourth wari; while the returns presented by air. Byerly, the return fudge from that ward, at the official count this morping, oaly gave Mr. Lebman 229 majority, thus defeating him. Paispmrma, Oot. 12—P. M.
