Dion Bourcicault.— ‘This is an action to recover the sutn of $250 for the use of chandeliers and gas fixtures in the Academy of Music on the evening of the festival of the Mount Vernon Asso- ciation. The plaintiffs formerly sued Mr. Uliman for tho same claim, be being lessee of the Opera House. It ap- peared on that trial that he (Uliman) had not ordered the articles or authorized any person to do so in his name, and the Court gave judgment for the defecdant Utiman.
