Mr. Bryan, (adm.) of Texas, in reply sald, among other things, if his colleague was aggrieved ho knew where he could right the wrong. He should not shelter himself ‘under any constitutional provision of his State. He was Feponsible here and elsewhere for what ho said. Mr. Reacan charged his colleague with having sought to place him in the light of not being a good Southern ‘man; but he (Reagan) bad always professed to be a na- tional man, repudiating all sectionial heresies and fanati- ‘cism, whether coming from the North or South.
