If the bondholders consent to this arrangement, application will be made to the next Legislature of Massachusetts for authority to create & new mortgage for $1,100,000. The Milwaukie Wisconsin states that a contract for building the section of te Watertown Railroad between Cojumbus and Watertown, a distance of eighteen miles, has been let to Messrs. A. & L.
