Sunpay mw Jersey Crry.—Mayor Manners, of Jersey City, assisted by the Chief of Police, Mr. Fenn, has been engaged in an attempt to enforce the statute prohibiting Sunday traffic. Not only are the liquor shops closed, but the sale of newspapers has been prohibited.
