Parker Velm was well sustained, with large ea'es, and closed firm at yesterday’s prices. Pennsylvania Coal is heavy at the decline, and the rales are increasing. Nicaragaa Transit hangs be- tween twenty-eight and twenty-nine per cent, the fluc tuations amounting to only a fraction from time to time. Holders talk confisently of a dividend in Jaly, and specu- lative offers have already been made for it. New York Central Riilroad stock is steadily settling down again. It is now two per cent below the highest point touched a week or two since, Railroad bonds were not in sotive demand to-day, but there has been no material variation in prices. The sales were quite limited. Bank stocks of ‘the second and third class were sold in small lotsa at prices previously current. The receipts of the Erie Railroad Company for the moath of February, 1854, amounted to $315 026 26, against $308,669 19 for the corresponding period last year, showing an increase of $36,457 06. ‘The amouat of duties received at the Boston Castom House during the month of February was as follows:— Amount received in Feb. 1854, $756,948 68; amount re- oetved im Feb. 1863, $608,746 10, Increase, $63,190 47. The importation of specie into Boston during the month of Februaiy, amounted to $25,003, of which $24,117 was in gold, and $886 im silver.
